Recharter Dues must be paid by the Pack Meeting this month to Ms. Joy.(These are yearly dues for ALL Scouts to pay - new and old.  If you are a new Scout, your dues were prorated when you joined in the fall to get us to this date.  Recharter dues are $16.  If you would like to receive Boys' Life, it is an additional $12)

Scouting for Food bags will be distributed Wednesday, Jan. 18th.  This is our opportunity to collect nonperishable items for Loaves and Fishes to help stuggling families in our area.  You can get your family and neighbors to donate to your bags and return them to the Scout Hut on or before Saturday, Feb.4.  We will have drop off on that Saturday from 10:00 - 11:00 AM.

The Unit Banquet is quickly approaching on Saturday, February 4 at 6:30. Our theme this year is Hillbillies. We invite all to attend to see what the Hatfields and the McCoys are up to. Mr. Blair Loyd, our Troop Chef will be preparing our meal for the night, with a special cake prepared by our own Chris Normand. To help offset the cost of Banquet the cost of the meal will be $5.00 per person for everybody who is 1st grade age or older, with a maximum of $20.00 per family. We need head count by Wednesday, January 18 so we can order the food, please email or call Ms Joy 704-399-8040, with the number of people in your family that will be attending.

Earn your Basketball Beltloop or Pin with the Charlotte Bobcats on Jan. 28th. Participate in a clinic directed by the Bobcats, go behind the scenes at Time Warner Cable arena, attend the game and get a special hat.  Prices are $39 for Scouts and $37 for parents in the lower level and $20 for Scouts and $18 for parents in the upper level.  See attached for more details - all orders must be received by the Bobcats by Monday, Jan. 25th.
